We aim to bring you results as early as possible from the moment we receive the data. Ultimately, the time required for analysis depends on the amount and complexity of the data, and the agreed upon scope of the analysis.
2. How much does it cost?
The cost depends on the time it takes to perform the analysis. Size, complexity of study design, and desired scope of analysis all contribute to the final cost. You can pay per individual analysis or, if you have tried our services before and are happy with the results, subscribe to our bioinformatics services at a monthly cost.

1. What software can you develop?
We focus on developing tools used for biological data analysis. This can range from apps for automation and specialized command-line tools, to graphical interface applications.
2. I purchased a tool from Ampli that I now want to modify. Is this possible?
Yes, but depending on the time required to implement additional features we may need to charge an additional fee.

We have partnered with Synology Inc. to develop convenient and reliable storage practices that let research groups keep archived LC-MS experiments protected, and easily restored when needed.
